OPTUS INBUSINESS PARTNER BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT We require a local account manager to service existing and new Optus SMB customers in Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland & Buderim areas which covers the following post codes 4558, 4557, 4572 & 4556. Account Management entails the following:- •Creating a local database of businesses •Upgrading existing customers with improved plans & handsets •Cross-selling new products which are more cost effective to existing customers •Generating new customers through our local area marketing program •Offering a high level of customer service for your clients •Building business referral networks Requirements:- •Proven sales skills •Good understanding of telecommunications (Mobile, Landline, Internet, Phone Systems) •Suitable home office as 80% of all your customer dealings will be over the internet & phone •Microsoft Outlook skills (Email, Calendar, Contacts & Tasks) •Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation) •Adobe PDF Professional skills (Create PDF documents from scanner) •Ability to work autonomously This role is very simple, financially beneficial and offers a real change of lifestyle, with flexible hours and more time and money to enjoy life.
